Robin Claud has over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.  She earned an Associate’s Degree in Travel and Hospitality from Commonwealth College of Hampton Roads, Hampton, Virginia in 1988. Through the years she has worked in all aspects of the industry; for hotels, as well as a number of private employers. She thrives when working in a fast-paced atmosphere, is organized, highly motivated, and detail oriented. She has also proven ability to efficiently multitask on special events and accurately implement last minute changes, as needed by the client.
